By using ecobaterias.org you accept these terms. The site describes our recycling, testing and reuse services; it is not a contractual offer and it is not an online waste management system. Any actual service is agreed in writing. The demo portal shows sample data, never real client information. Updated: September 18, 2026 ## Acceptance These terms govern access to and use of ecobaterias.org and all its subdomains and paths, including the English tree, the Markdown mirrors and the agent interfaces. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the site. ## Use of the site - You may read, quote and link to the content, citing the source. - You may not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to access systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with its availability. - Automated crawling must honor [robots.txt](https://ecobaterias.org/robots.txt) and a reasonable request rate. ## Demo portal The sign-in page and the dashboard behind it are a **demonstration**: you get in without credentials and every figure, batch and certificate shown is an example. Do not enter confidential information or third-party personal data there. When a production portal exists, its access conditions will be published separately. ## Contact channel The [contact](https://ecobaterias.org/en/contacto.html) form, email and WhatsApp exist to start a commercial or technical conversation. We reply within 48 business hours. Sending a message creates no obligation to provide a service or to accept a waste stream: intake depends on the material type, its condition and the conditions agreed in writing. ## Published information and figures The market and regulatory figures we publish come from sources identified next to each number, and our own estimates are labeled as such. Chilean regulation changes: before making a compliance decision, check the current version at the official source and ask us if needed. Published technical thresholds, times and classifications are our laboratory’s criteria and do not replace a test on your own material. ## Prices The intake price published on the [services](https://ecobaterias.org/en/servicios.html#precio-recepcion) page is a reference rate. The final value of a job depends on volume, material condition, transport and the documentation required, and is set in the written proposal. ## Intellectual property Texts, photographs, diagrams and data published here belong to Ecobaterías unless another author is credited. You may quote them with attribution and a link. Reproducing a full page or using it commercially requires prior written permission. ## Third-party links The site links to regulations, public bodies and media so you can verify what we claim.
