## Write to us

Choose a topic and tell us the type and approximate volume of batteries or modules. With that we prepare a management proposal with traceability and the certificate you need to report under Chile’s Extended Producer Responsibility law (Ley REP, Law No. 20,920).

## An individual rather than a company?

We also accept small quantities. This is the short route:

1. **Identify the battery.** Laptop, phone, power tool, e-bike or scooter: all are lithium-ion and none belong in household waste.
2. **Make it safe.** Tape over the terminals and keep it dry. If it is swollen, burned or wet, tell us before moving it.
3. **Write to us.** Pick “I am an individual, not a company” in the form and we confirm the drop-off point and time.

Household alkaline cells and lead-acid batteries follow a different route: write to us and we refer you to the right waste manager in your municipality.
